👉 THERE ARE NO PICKUPS OR DELIVERIES ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY. ♥️♥️♥️. We are almost always a next day delivery.


Here are the exceptions:


Bags are always delivered next day Monday thru Friday with Friday returned on Monday (Heavy bag rule and special circumstances does apply) between 8am and 8 pm.


Other reasons bags might take two or more days:

Holiday

Twenty pounds or more= 2 days

Thirty pounds or more = 3 days

Special instructions

Air drying.


👉 Please remember, we check your pockets.  When we do, we put any items we find in the plastic pocket.


👉 OVERAGES:

If you do not know what your weight is, you can always text us and ask us. That will give you the most up to date accounting. You also will almost weekly get a card in your side pocket telling you how many pounds you have used or have left. You are responsible for overages. Depending on your plan, overages are between $2.25 and $3.50 per lb.



👉 Our goal is to return your items next day or same day! If there are items which need to be air dried, or you have special requests it might take more than one day. Also, as a reminder if your bag weight is over 20 lbs it might take 2 days, over 30 lbs it might take 3 days and so on......

👉 OVERAGES: In December our computer crashed and we lost immediate access to a lot of information. We have been rebuilding everything we have and going back through all of our hard drive/hard copy and entering manually. Which means, if you have overages and you have used up your deposit, we will be sending out invoices for those amounts. They will be sent out soon. Your overages are deducted from your deposit first if you had one per semester.


The average pick-up in pounds is about 17 lbs. At this point you have a semester of pick-ups or only have a set amount between 50, 70 or 90 pounds per month. Some of clients have more pounds when having multiple pick-ups a week. Which means approximate average pounds at end of a 15 week semester is 204 for upfront pounds or 68 pounds per month for subscription. Depending on your plan and how many pounds you send in every week will determine if you have an overage.


👉  Oh, yes, some of our pickups have been redelivered the same day!  This is because we have a great staff who is working hard to provide for you!


👉  STORAGE: We are offering storage over summer break for FREE to any current clients which renew with us for next year. We will pick up your items from your location this year and return to your new location in the fall. This is a free service to our clients based on first come first serve. We are also accepting items you have shipped prior to your arrival. You will renew your spot with the deposit for the year. In order to ensure your spot, deposit will be paid. As always, deposits are refunded in June of school year after overages and any other fees.


👉 If we do get you in on a different day because of missing your pick up, it could take 2 days for delivery.  Other things which take multiple days are: special instructions, air dry, and a bag more than 20 lbs.


👉 If you want to hand off to us, let us know.  If not, your items should be in designated space at 8 am.


👉 Don’t forget to confirm your pick up, and send a photo when you drop it off.  It protects us both!


👉 RENEW: We are giving 100 extra pounds to use spread out over the two semesters equally for 2025-2026. If you are subscription, it is added to your monthly allotment. If you have up front pounds plan, it is 50 pounds per semester extra. This offer will end on 2/28/25 at 11:59 pm. This is an offer for both renewing with the deposit of $300 or purchasing your plan. 👉 Respect goes a long way.  It also goes both ways.  We do not want you to feel stressed!  In life there are more important things than having clean socks!  So, let’s remember we are in this together!  We greatly respect you using us!


👉If you have a monthly subscription plan, please note it is your responsibility to suspend the payment after 5/15/25. We will be closed during the summer and will not be able to refund.

👉VERY IMPORTANT REVIEW OF POLCIES!

CANCELLATION-

  1. If you are a monthly subscription you can cancel with a 30 day notice. IE....the reset day is the 15th of the month. If you cancel on the any day after the reset day, the next payment will be due.

  2. Semester up front pounds are non-cancelleable.

  3. We HATE to have to fire a client! We hope you will find our grace and patience. We understand how things go missing, how stains happen, delivery, all kinds of things which are happening in the student's life. We are not perfect. We will always maintain whatever the client says as thier truth, but will investigate everytime and review every protocol in place to protect the client's items. We do not ever wish to fight. We only want to do laundry.

    1. Our protocols rely on weights taken 3 times during process to maintain loss or misplacement of items. Betweeen dirty weight and clean folded weight there will always be a difference of less than one pound. Anything outside of one pound, tells us there is a problem.

    2. We look at video to see if there are any issues.

    3. Bags are monitored from moment of pick up to maintain our chain of custody to drop off.

    4. If we have to part ways with you, we only do so once the respect bond has been broken. My staff does not deserve to be disparaged, be treated with rudeness, treated as if they are stupid (we have been called this), or any other form of disrespect. If any disrespect transpires. your service will be cancelled without refund!

  4. If your service is cancelled, your pounds are not unused. They are not wasted. Your pounds are donated into our pot of free pounds we distribute within the University for students.


DEPOSITS:

  1. We take a deposit as a commitment to use our sservices. The deposit is in place for overages and is to cover 1/2 for the fall semester and 1/2 for the spring.

  2. It is in place for situations in which people only want to use us for our package acceptance, storage and delivery services. Thus, they would not be eligible for it as a FREE benefit, if they are not participating in our service.

  3. Any left over deposit is returned at end of the school year in June.


BAG RESPONSIBILITY

  1. We have NEVER had a bag stolen or lost at a GREEK house or off site location. We have NEVER had a bag stolen or lost at a dorm when the procedures have been followed.

  2. We are responsibile for your bag from 8am to 8pm M-F.

  3. If your bag is not returned by 8pm the next day, you should check in with us.

  4. We are not responsible if you drop off your bag the night before. A lot of people do without issue. But that must be at your discretion.

  5. Take a photo when you drop it off!

  6. It is your responsibility to pick up your bag! Don't let it sit at our designated spot for multiple days!
