Plans are full year plans.  You have the one payment via "800 Club", Semester plan (2 payments-one in Fall and one in​ Spring) and Monthly plan (10 monthly payments)

Signing up for a plan is your agreement to use us for both semesters.

A Deposit(even a waived deposit) is your agreement to be using us for both

semesters.  Note policy below if we waive a deposit.

New clients for Spring our not bound by Fall Semester requirement.  New Spring clients are only accepted if spaces are opened for new clients.

  • Deposits are a commitment to use for the year.  The deposits are in place to create free benefits for our clients. Deposits are forfeited if plan is not renewed for the next plan (next month/spring semester) of service year . The deposit is a security deposit for service to secure your spot for the year. Deposits are in place to cover your spot/commitment to use service, overages, "RUSH" fees, dry-cleaning and any fees not invoiced separately.  The deposit is a security deposit.  If you choose to not renew your plan during the service term of your commitment deposit, you will forfeit the deposit and all outstanding fees are invoiced separately.  After your commitment term of usage ends, all unused, unforfeited, funds from deposit are 

    returned after the service year. 

  • All plans have deposits, except "Annual".  

  • IF FOR ANY REASON YOU USE THE STORAGE/SHP-TO-SCHOOL AND THEN DO NOT FULFILL YOUR COMMITMENT TO USE US ALL YEAR LONG, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR COST OF STORAGE/SHIP-TO-SCHOOL PLUS FORFEITING YOUR DEPOSIT.

  • IIF WE WAIVE YOUR DEPOSIT AS A COURTESY TO YOU, AND THERE IS NON-PAYMENT FOR FOLLOWING SEMESTER YOU WILL BE INVOICED FOR ALL OUTSTANDING FEES, DEPOSIT AND PLAN.

    We have a plan for everyone and we work diligently to create the best plan for you. To keep it simple we have two options which cover you over the semester or year.
     
    Should you want to choose a subscription or pay for it all at once.  Let us break it down for you:
    Monthly SUBSCRIPTION:
    • Upon request....TEXT us at 317-832-8838 for us to send you this option
    • A low monthly fee ($139-50 lbs., $174-70 lbs. or $199-90 lbs per month)
    • Starts day you sign up and ends when you cancel
    • Can cancel with a 30 day notice by the 14th of the month.  Loss of deposit is still in effect

    SEMESTER or FULL YEAR:
    • Semester listed below with links, Full Year text us for link
    • Pay it all up front.  You start with the lbs you think fit your need and every pick up is subtracted from that amount.  No hidden fees and no overage fees until end of semester
    • Does not matter when you set up.  You have your designated lbs to use however you need.
    • Cannot be cancelled.
