IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THIS INFO!
When are we picking you up? You decided on a day to be picked up. We might call you to remind you, we might not be able to. We can pick you up on a different day. Please confirm with a photo if you want us to get you picked up. Be sure to confirm with a photo when your items have been dropped off! We cannot pick you up if we do not know you want us to pick up!
👉 We are not mind reading magician Kreskin. We do not know there is a problem, unless you tell us. Please tell us immediately so we can rectify the situation.
👉 We pick up M-F between 8-10 am and 5-7 pm as well as Sunday evening. If you have determined a specific pick up day, you can depend on us picking you up on that day. We can be there as early as 8 am or 5 pm. You do NOT have a dedicated time…..if you want to hand off to us, you can receive a text giving you a closer time. We do not guarantee a specific time for your pick up. We will update you in the morning of your day to a closer time.
👉 If you miss a pick up without letting us know you do not need a pick up, you potentially will be charged 10 lbs on your account.
👉 You have an inventory list in the side pocket for you to fill out. This protects you in order to be able to find something if it is missing and you feel it might be with us.
👉 I am a well documented, "Mommy." I am still learning it is not my responsibility to talk to people on my children's behalf and organize their lives.....We can only discuss logistics and issues with you OR your parent, not both. We will reach out to you if there is a situation. It causes too much confusion for you and your parent to be involved in your laundry. It also ups the issue of things going wrong and your items being lost!
👉 SOCIAL MEDIA - We love positive reviews and posts about us. WHO DOESN'T???? We have a great deal of confidence in being very good at what we do, we are fairly priced and transparent over our competitors, we work hard to be better and get better, we listen to our clients, we rectify any issues, we are cognizant of the importance of your items to you, etc..... WE DO NOT LIKE, bad social media.....BUT, WHO DOES? No person does. We hope the person posting has reached out to us first. We will respond. We will reach out to find out more. We will not ask for the posts to be taken down, because we will want to be sure we are providing our experience or side of the story. When situations get played out in social media, we always see it as an opportunity to explain our procedures and our policies to protect our clients. We also want everyone to see, we are human, and more than a business. We truly care about every client. If you, or your parent, posts something on social media, we reserve the right to pause your service until the situation is rectified. This policy has been in our TERMS OF SERVICE for a few years.
👉 IMPORTANT!!!!!! If you miss your pick up day, we can figure out an alternate time to get you, if we have availability. This week, we do not have any additional availability. If you continually miss, or change, your pick up there is a 10 lb charge added to your account. Adjusting your pick up time more than 3 times would constitute additional pounds put on to account.
👉 If we do get you in on a different day because of missing your pick up, it could take 2 days for delivery. Other things which take multiple days are: special instructions, air dry, and a bag more than 20 lbs. BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE POST ABOUT PICKUPS AND DELIVERIES!
👉 If you want to hand off to us, let us know. If not, your items should be in designated space at 8 am. If you do not have a bag, do not fret! Please bring us your items in a laundry bag you brought from home, some use a trash bag. BE SURE YOUR NAME AND DORM AND PHONE are with your bag. Your items will be returned in one of our bags!
👉 Don’t forget to confirm your pick up, and send a photo when you drop it off. It protects us both! 👉 ALSO, very important, protect yourself with the inventory list. Fill it out. If it is not filled out, we cannot investigate if you tell us it is lost!!!!!! If you tell us something is missing, we will diligently hunt it down. We have extremely tight protocols from the minute we pick up, to the minute it goes back so that NOTHING is ever lost. So, if you want to file a claim for your items, be sure you have it listed on the inventory list which you will find in the side pocket....We will get one online so you can print it off soon!
👉 Oh, yes, some of our pickups have been redelivered the same day! This is because we have a great staff who is working hard to provide for you!
👉 We try to give you a text saying your items have been dropped off. Sometimes we can’t. But, if you have not seen your items the next day in the designated area by noon, reach out to us. Please remember, you are responsible for your items. You always have the right to hand off to us. We have never had anything stolen. Working together and having great communication keeps us providing a great Aservice!
👉 RESPECT goes a long way. It also goes both ways. We do not want you to feel stressed! In life there are more important things than having clean socks! So, let’s remember we are in this together! We greatly respect you using us!
