Every business has a story, and mine started with a happy accident.

As a single mom after a divorce, I was struggling to re-enter the workforce despite having run a business in the past. One day, simply looking for a place to wash my dog’s beds, I realized there wasn't a good local laundromat in Zionsville. That sent me down a rabbit hole—not just to open a laundry spot, but to give busy families back what they needed most: time. Before long, our small team was serving homes across Zionsville, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, and Fishers.

Then lightning struck a second time.

When my youngest daughter headed off to Indiana University, local parents began asking if we offered our wash-and-fold service in Bloomington. I posted on an IU parent page to help out, and within 24 hours, over 300 parents from across the world—from Dubai and Shanghai to both U.S. coasts—flooded our website. We didn't have any infrastructure in Bloomington yet, but we rolled up our sleeves and built it.

Three years later, we operate our own Bloomington facility, personally pick up at every dorm, and are installing 180 smart lockers across campus, Greek houses, and local apartments.

I treat every student with the love and care of a parent, knowing someone back home misses them dearly. (Even if my daughter still jokes that I’m a little too close by!)

It all started by accident... or maybe it was meant to be all along.
