Welcome to Our Laundry Plans!! We offer flexible, year-round laundry service tailored to your needs, with plans designed around four distinct payment options: One-time, Monthly, Semester, and Annual. For our Monthly and Semester plans, you can choose from three capacity tiers—Necessary, Essential, and Significant (lowest to highest-in volume options). While our Annual plan comes with a single, comprehensive weight allowance that gives you more capacity than any other option. Apart from the single-use Black Bag service, all subscription plans include a refundable deposit that is used to cover any weight overages or expenses, which becomes eligible for return after completing a full year of service. Plus an added bonus, every laundry plan comes with complimentary access to our Ship-To-School service!

Key Information

END OF SERVICES

If any lbs are left unused at the end of your service term, you can:

  • Renew: lbs roll into new plan

  • Cancel & Donate: lbs go to a sponsored student

WEIGHTS & OVERAGES

  • Overages only occur once your lb count is met

  • Any unused lbs roll over into the next payment cycle

DEPOSIT & FEE DEDUCTION

  • Deposits are returned at the end of a full service

  • Any additional fees/overages are deducted

  • Cancelling your plan prior to your full service term being met = no deposit return

  • There are no refunds unless there have been prior agreements

PLAN & PAYMENTS

  • Each plan is a 10-month cycle

  • Payments are withdrawn on the 15th of the month

  • Subscriptions renew automatically

  • It is your responsibility to cancel

  • Once you have chosen a plan there are no refunds unless there are prior arrangements
