Cleaning

We make moving back to campus seamless with comprehensive cleaning tailored for both dorms and apartments/houses. Whether you need a quick refresh or a deep clean, our services are customized to fit your space and schedule.

Key information & preperation Tips

DISHES

If your service or add-on includes dishwashing, all dishes must be placed in or directly around the sink area. We will not search for dirty dishes around the unit.

SUPPLIES

We bring and use all of our own professional cleaning products and supplies unless you instruct us otherwise before your service starts.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Custom requests are available upon request prior to your service start time. Additional charges may apply depending on the scope and severity of the request, which will always be disclosed privately beforehand.

PERSONAL ITEMS & CLUTTER

We work around clutter and will not put your personal items away unless an organizing add-on is purchased. If there are items you do not want touched, please move them to an area that will not be serviced. We may occasionally move items if strictly necessary to complete a purchased service.

ENTRY & PRESENCE

You do not need to be present during your service. In fact, we recommend being away so our team can complete the turnover as quickly as possible. Please ensure you provide clear entry instructions and assistance for accessing your building and unit.

SERVICE DURATION

Service times vary based on the package selected and the condition of the unit, but cleanings generally take between 1 to 4 hours.
