Welcome to our Ship-to-School service! We take the hassle out of moving back to campus by receiving and storing your belongings directly before you arrive. Ship-to-school is included completely free for customers with an active laundry service plan, this benefit comes with no extra fees, no prohibited item restrictions, and no tight timeframes. Every single item is handled with care and stored safely in our secure, climate-controlled facility, giving you total peace of mind as you prepare for the school year.
Logistics & Delivery
No Deadlines, No Stress
There is no strict timeframe or deadline for shipping your items. While shipping before your move-in date gives you the smoothest experience, this service is available year-round as long as you have an active laundry plan!
If you are traveling the extra distance this additional service is super beneficial. Relieving you of the stress of packing a trailer.
Location & Delivery
Over the summer, your items will be shipped and safely stored in our secure warehouse. During move-in week, you can pick up your packages at convenient service hubs located around campus.
If you use our ship-to-school service during the academic year, we’ll store your items securely and schedule a date and time to deliver them directly to your desired location upon request.
The Process
Once enrolled into one of our services contact us for this additional benefit. We will then provide you with our secure warehouse address. When you order or ship packages, simply copy your tracking numbers into your provided customer spreadsheet. This allows our team to identify, log, and safely store each of your items the moment they arrive. Near your move in date you can gather your things at one of our hubs!
Included Service Perk
Ship-to-School is included at no additional cost for all active laundry subscribers. Ship as many or as few packages as you need—there are zero volume limits!
Similar to our laundry services we stay connected through the entire process. Our goal is to help make your transition more comfortable and seamless!
Additional Fees
While standard package counts are unlimited, an additional fee may apply to oversized or exceptionally heavy items due to the special handling and extra storage space required. If an item incurs a fee, we’ll make a note directly on your tracking spreadsheet or you can text us with details before processing.
If this is the case, fees may vary based on product package size and weight.
Cancellation & overages
If there are any additional fees required during this process
(ex; larger items) then we will deduct the cost from your depost that was placed for your laundry plan.
Since this service is a direct benefit to the laundry plan, our cancellation policy remains the same as what is stated for the laundry service cancellation policy.

Package Support
Missing a Package? Please verify that your tracking number was added to your assigned customer spreadsheet. If it’s logged and still missing, send us a text—our team will open an immediate investigation!
Unclaimed Deliveries: If a package arrives without a matching spreadsheet entry, we store it safely in our secure facility until you reach out to claim it. Always keep your tracking sheet updated so we can match your boxes as soon as they arrive!
Storage enviornment
Every box you ship is stored in our secure, climate-controlled facility. We treat every package with the utmost care as if it were our own, and our facility is monitored 24/7 to ensure your belongings remain completely safe. you can rest easy knowing your belongings are completely cared for until delivery to you!

Zero Restrictions
Ship whatever you need! We have no prohibited item lists or restrictions on standard college essentials, clothing, bedding, or supplies. Pack whatever makes your room feel like home.
To have the smoothest shipment transition double check to ensure your items comply with standard carrier shipping rules (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc).
